This is an empowering program that helps you to define your future career. We work with you to identify and optimise your strengths and preferences. You will undertake an MBTI personality test and work with your coach to draw out information that works with your style and vision. We will also assist you on your resume and your interview techniques to give you an edge when you meet potential employers.

Personal/Life Coaching

Being happy in your personal life gives you confidence and focus to achieve success in all other areas of your life. This program gives you new tools to drive you towards achieving your personal life and work goals. We work with you to set three important goals, and support and guide you in achieving them.

Resumes that sell

Your resume is one of the most important documents you will ever write. A well-constructed resume is an expression of your skills and goals, a personal sales document that must be professional and convincing in order to impress. Javrow can provide you with assistance and key advice to help you effectively sell yourself on paper.

We will give you a simple and clear format for putting your resume together. We will work through your background with you and give you some pointers as to how to present what you have done in the best light. We will also guide you through the process of writing a profile that will imbue your resume with personality and impact.

The one-day resume writing program includes supplementary email and phone support from your trainer until you are satisfied the document is the best it can be.

Put you in their shoes.  We also coach you in interview style and technique.  We show you how you can get across messages to your interviewer that align with their business and their requirements for the job, and how to apply subtle techniques to get an edge over your competition.
