In all areas of the Javrow business, whether in permanent recruitment, contract recruitment, consulting or coaching for both companies and candidates, Rebecca brings a wealth of experience and a positive energy. Her reputation for producing solid results has been built through hard work, and her ethical approach has earned her respect and distinction within the industry. As a confidante and advisor for both her clients and candidates, Rebecca knows the importance of trusted relationships and refreshingly, she walks her talk.
Rebecca’s own career makes for inspiring reading. Armed with a sociology degree, she moved quickly through the business ranks, from receptionist to National HR Manager in only 2.5 years. Her drive to succeed culminated in the establishment of Javrow in 2002, which has seen continual growth over the last seven years to become a leading player in the Australian recruitment scene.
