Account Manager/Sales Hunter – Leading Systems Integrator $250k+

Our client is a leading Australian SI focussed on unified communications and managed services.  Primarily representing Avaya & Microsoft solutions, they pride themselves on their impressive client base, quality services and strong committed team. They are seeking a dynamic new business sales executive to join their Melbourne team.


Reporting to the Victorian Sales Manager, you will work pro-actively to hunt for new business across a given territory. You will be given some existing accounts but focus mostly on winning new business.


To be successful in this exciting role you will need:

 

  • A clear proven track record in selling IT&T solutions;
  • A traditional, focused approach to selling;
  • The ability to foster trusted advisor relationships at all levels of a business;
  • The ability to engage on all levels of a business


This is a unique opportunity to get involved in our clients next phase of growth.  They will pay a base salary of up to $250k OTE (inc. Super, car allowance + Comm) based on a 50/50 split.  They offer an annual trip incentive for achievement and have a generous comm. plan with strong over achievement incentives.
